We had a really surprising and astonishingly positive response to our last article on Movember and the growing importance of the use of moustache wax amongst young males in the western world.
So much so that we have decided to follow this up with a similar post that will strike a chord with the readership that enjoyed the previous post. In other words, this post won’t appeal to the ladies out there so much (unless there’s some of you that are currently growing facial hair!).
So what product will I be talking about today I here you ask? It’s a good question, and one I will answer in due course, but first let me quickly talk about why this particular product has come about in the first place. Beard oil was created to help those with short to mid length beards take more control. It also helps stave the beard away from itchiness.
Beard balm does these things too but takes it to the next level. Most balms contain shea butter, which really helps mould and shape the facial hair, and more importantly, keep it in that shape for an extended period of time.
It also does a better job at moisturising the beard and ensuring it doesn’t dry out for a longer time. Another thing that people seem to prefer about it, is that it doesn’t make your beard feel oily to touch, and doesn’t produce a sheen which some oils definitely do.
At the end of the day, we believe balms may be the way forward for the growing number of beard enthusiasts out there. Another plus is that they usually come in cool little carry tins that slot into your pocket, meaning you can literally take them anywhere you go.
One of our favourite beard balms can be found here. Check it out and give it a go. Trust us you won’t regret it!
We’ve got a whole lot of new content that is nearly ready for you (we are just adding a few finishing touches). We hope you are as excited as we are. First up is a new post about a brand new product we discovered recently. We enjoyed using it so much that we thought we had to share it with you. Enjoy it!
As we enter into September and we give a fond farewell to the last of summer, my thoughts tend to look ahead to all of the great holidays that we will experience before the end of the year. There’s Halloween and Christmas of course. In the states you have Thanksgiving, and in the UK there is fireworks night. Despite all of these great holidays, none of them pique my interest quite like the follicular activities that take place in the month of November.
In case you hadn’t guessed, I’m talking about Movember of course. The charity event that encourages men to throw away their razor blades at the start of the month, and not buy a new set until it is complete. Unfortunately for me, I haven’t really been able to participate in the fun in recent years. My upper lip just hasn’t had the ability to grow a moustache! It is sad isn’t it.
Something changed early on this year though. I found that not only the hair on my upper lip, but all of my facial hair was growing thicker and at a much faster rate. What good news! This finally means that this year I will be able to officially grow a moustache during the month of November. In fact, I’ve been preparing myself already and have been growing miniature 2 week moustaches every now and again. They look great!
One thing I’ve noticed though is that keeping a moustache tame and under control is easier said than done, and a good reliable wax to keep it in place isn’t always the easiest thing to find. Luckily I’ve had a lot of time to prepare myself for the event that will take place in 60 days and have already managed to find a wax that my moustache can be proud of.
If you’re preparing yourself for an extreme moustache growing session in November too than I highly suggest you get everything you’ll need ready, including a good wax.
I wanted to let all of you know that here at klausler we are most definitely open to thoughts and suggestions from our audience. Is there anything recently that you have noticed about a particular trend online? Any new hot products that are currently killing it that we haven’t heard about yet. Don’t be afraid to get in touch with us and fill us in if you think we don’t know about it yet.
Hello again. Last week I took some time to tell you about the health and fitness niche and how a lot of people are spending vast amounts of money on the latest fad and ‘stay healthy forever’ schemes. The focus was mainly on the health side of the niche. In this piece, I thought it would be fun to focus on the other side, fitness, and talk primarily about exercise and how the world of online exercise related commerce is changing and progressing.
On the face of it, it looks as if it is doing as well as ever. Generally speaking there are spikes throughout the year. In western countries much more people spend money on fitness related products in the spring through to autumn. There are undoubtedly a huge number of reasons for this. Some may know that the beach season is fast approaching and want to quickly get back to their optimum beach body weight. Others might be sport enthusiasts, and enjoy playing and participating in a number of sports that simply aren’t possible during the colder half of the year, such as sea related sports like surfing.
Either way, this obvious increase in the popularity of outdoor sports has sparked the production and creation and a whole world of accessories and products that you can only begin to imagine the size of. One set of products that I have taken particular interest in is cycling accessories. I’ve become a bit of a cycling nerd in this past year and my interest and enthusiasm has shown no signs of slowing down this year either.
Despite what I mentioned earlier about their being a spike over the summer, one of the main reasons why I love cycling is because it is something I can do in the winter time too. In fact there are many different products available that cater to this too, such as goggles you can wear during wet weather and raincoats too. I bought a raincoat the other week in fact and was really surprised by how dry it kept me, despite the fact the material itself is fairly thin and light.
The question is, are you contributing to this rise in sports related products, or are you someone who wants to buck the trend and refuses to jump on the band wagon?
There is so much for us to talk about and so little time. It seems every single week there is a new “hottest” product that comes up. I guess it’s just up to us to do our best to tell you about all of these and give you our opinion on them. That’s all I can promise to do.
Klausler is back to show the way when it comes to product trends online. Right now we’re taking an intense look at the health and fitness niche. I’m sure you probably know this, but this niche is one of the biggest out there when it comes to eCommerce. Why is that? Maybe it’s because health is something we naturally think all of us deserve and should strive for.
Whenever we splash out on a long weekend of food or booze, come Sunday evening we feel bad about it. Whenever we go for that second slice of cake when we know that one is already enough, we feel bad about it. Whenever we’re eating a delicious meal and keep eating despite already feeling full, we inevitably feel bad about it. And for good reason. It’s not good to be lazy, overweight and exercise shy.
Health and fitness products offer some sort of light to those that suffer from the problems I listed above. That’s partly the trouble though. Many people buy these kinds of products to make themselves feel better about their situation. They buy a new rowing machine, or cycling gear to try and prove to those around them that they are committed to change. The niche has been propelled by these kinds of people.
On the other hand though, a great portion of people that are active buyers within this niche are those who actually love and are passionate about regular exercise, or passionate about eating healthily. I keep noticing more and more products that are being sold at an incredible rate that I never even knew existed or had a market until recently. The importance of healthy eating has played a big part in this. As a result things like Kitchen accessories, or items that can be fairly easily private labelled have come on leaps and bounds and are now extremely popular on websites such as Amazon. You can anything nowadays from extravagant corkscrews to bottle shakers to even this nut milk bag. If there’s one thing I know for sure, this particular niche is still well and truly booming, and it doesn’t look like slowing down any time soon.
Welcome to my Blog. The idea had be crossing my mind for a long time, but I finally decided to put this together. I’ll be using it as a place where I can voice my opinions about current online trends and hot products. I don’t really have a specific audience in mind at the moment, so hopefully you enjoy it nonetheless.
